Subscription Expired

Astra requires an active license to work. When your subscription expires, Astra will stop all channels after some time.

If your license expired recently (less than 10 days ago), you can renew it:

  1. Go to your profile: https://cesbo.com/profile
  2. Click Renew subscription for your license
  3. Choose your payment method

After 10 days from expiration, the license is permanently blocked and cannot be renewed. You need to buy a new license:

  1. Go to the purchase page: https://cesbo.com/astra-license
  2. Select the license you need
  3. Choose your payment method

If you renewed your license but Astra still shows “License expired!” in the web interface.

First, check that your license was renewed successfully:

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Verify that the subscription end date has been extended

If the subscription end date hasn’t changed, contact support. If you paid by bank transfer, send your payment confirmation.

Next, verify the License ID in Astra matches your profile:

  1. In the web interface, go to SettingsLicense
  2. Check the License ID displayed
  3. Compare it with the License ID in your profile

If the License IDs don’t match, you may have renewed a different license or purchased a new one. Contact support for assistance.

If the License IDs match, restart Astra to apply the updated license information:

  1. In the web interface, go to Settings
  2. Click Restart

Alternatively, use the command line:

Terminal window
systemctl restart astra

After restart, your renewed license will be active.
