Subscription Expired
Astra requires an active license to work. When your subscription expires, Astra will stop all channels after some time.
Renew Subscription
Section titled “Renew Subscription”If your license expired recently (less than 10 days ago), you can renew it:
- Go to your profile: https://cesbo.com/profile
- Click Renew subscription for your license
- Choose your payment method
Buy New License
Section titled “Buy New License”After 10 days from expiration, the license is permanently blocked and cannot be renewed. You need to buy a new license:
- Go to the purchase page: https://cesbo.com/astra-license
- Select the license you need
- Choose your payment method
License Shows as Expired After Renewal
Section titled “License Shows as Expired After Renewal”If you renewed your license but Astra still shows “License expired!” in the web interface.
First, check that your license was renewed successfully:
- Go to your profile
- Verify that the subscription end date has been extended
If the subscription end date hasn’t changed, contact support. If you paid by bank transfer, send your payment confirmation.
Next, verify the License ID in Astra matches your profile:
- In the web interface, go to Settings → License
- Check the License ID displayed
- Compare it with the License ID in your profile
If the License IDs don’t match, you may have renewed a different license or purchased a new one. Contact support for assistance.
If the License IDs match, restart Astra to apply the updated license information:
- In the web interface, go to Settings
- Click Restart
Alternatively, use the command line:
systemctl restart astraAfter restart, your renewed license will be active.
