Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Software.

Astra

Astra is server-side software used to receive, process, and deliver digital TV streams.

Astra itself does not provide any content. It is only a technical tool, and all responsibility for the sources, content, and distribution of the streams lies fully with the user.

System requirements

• CPU: Intel or AMD x86 64-bit
• Operation system: Any 64-bit Linux based distributions. Recommended: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Your server shall have access to the Internet. Astra uses next servers to validate license: ls1.cesbo.com, ls2.cesbo.com, ls3.cesbo.com. Astra validates license serial number and unique hardware identifier on launch.

Astra do not send any other information to our servers!

Licenses

Astra has three licensing options:

• Demo: a free license to try all features for 40 days. For evaluation only, not commercial use
• Subscription: a paid license with monthly or yearly billing. Includes technical support and regular updates. You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Lifetime: a paid license with one-time payment for permanent use. No updates - works with versions released before your purchase date. You can upgrade anytime to get the latest version

Each license includes a server limit. You can run Astra on as many servers as your license allows. For example, a 5-server license lets you install and use Astra on up to 5 different servers. There is no limit on the number of Astra processes you can run on a single server.

Technical support

We offer support free of charge for quick questions related to sales, as well as assistance with first-time installation and issues with our website. However, technical support is only provided to customers who have purchased a Subscription or Lifetime license.

We strive to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible, though we don’t currently offer priority support. Rest assured that we will reply to your request as soon as we can.

In order to help us prioritize your request, we have a set of guidelines that we follow:

• The highest priority have issues related to bugs in our software
• Issues with the environment in which our software operates, such as channels for receiving and processing data, hardware, and network issues
• Features requests
• Maintenance tasks such as installation, configuration and updating

Purchase

In the license price included only software. We don’t offer access to the channels, hosting services, etc.

We have good discounts for subscription. License cost depends of the subscription period and number of servers.

Attention! We do not offer refunds. You can try the full-featured version for free

VAT

VAT - is an European Union (EU) Value-Added Tax. The EU Customers order may be subject to VAT at the rate applicable in your EU Member State

Content Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for all content received, processed, stored, or distributed through Astra. The software does not include or provide any media content, channels, or sources. The user must ensure that all content usage complies with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
